Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking new Field Representatives to collect retail data, merchandise demos, and perform planogram resets across markets in Lincoln, Nebraska and beyond. You will use a company app to record prescribed product information and meet client criteria.

You will work flexible hours, at least 32 hours per week, with mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and a sign-on bonus of $200. Training is provided and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, detail oriented and dependable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Access to smartphone for company apps.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and 32+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assigned projects within market area.
• Complete projects across the United States independently and with a group when needed.
• Download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed projects to the corporate office for review.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as needed by the client.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
