Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking self-motivated Field Representatives to collect retail information, merchandise/ demo products, and perform resets across markets. You will use a company app to record data, capture pricing and promotions, and transmit results to the corporate office after each project.

The role involves visiting grocery stores, performing demos, and interacting with store staff and customers on behalf of our clients. Must be able to stand, lift 40 lbs, and work at least 32 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and access assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Available to work at least 32 hours per week; flexibility for more hours as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Comfort working in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezer aisles.
• Strong communication with store employees and customers on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute market-area projects and collect prescribed product information using the company app.
• Complete projects across the United States independently or as part of a team.
• Record item prices, promotions, and display photos per criteria; transmit data to the corporate office after completion.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and potential customers per client needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
