Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking motivated Field Representatives to collect critical retail information and perform merchandising tasks across various grocery store locations. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in teams within market areas.

The role involves visiting stores, recording data via a company app, conducting demos, and performing shelf resets. Training is provided; driving and physical endurance are required, with at least 32 hours

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
Able to stand for long periods and work in grocery-store environments.

Responsibilities

Be assigned projects within your market area.
Complete projects across the United States as needed, independently or in a team.
Record prescribed product information using the company app.
Capture data such as item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
Transmit completed project data to the corporate office.
Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as required by clients.
Perform planogram and shelf resets at various locations.
