Responsibilities

• Lead daily store facilities upkeep and supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Respond to urgent building, equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues to keep the store safe and operational.
• Partner with store leadership to prioritize work orders and manage budgets, safety and OSHA standards.
