Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Experience Supervisor to lead and inspire store teams, focusing on positive customer experiences, employee development, and performance management.

You will compare store performance to company goals, drive growth, and help the team adapt through teamwork and flexible scheduling, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Previous leadership or shift-lead experience with a consumer electronics background is preferred.
