Job summary

Best Buy Lake Worth TX store is seeking a capable leader to oversee sales and customer service operations. You will nurture positive experiences for customers and teammates, drive local initiatives, and coach staff to improve performance and skills.

The role requires at least one year in a leadership position or six months as a Best Buy shift lead, with prior experience in sales or related fields. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is expected.

What you’ll do
