Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, orders and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals while adhering to policies and safety rules.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
