Job summary

Best Buy in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Retail Experience Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the home store or micro-market. You will assign resources based on customer traffic, develop staff, and drive excellent employee and customer experiences.

You’ll empower teams, analyze performance against strategies, and guide sales and operating income results. Minimum one year supervisory experience and two years in sales or customer service are required; electronics retail experience is a plus.

Job Description

As the Retail Experience Manager, you’ll assume the day-to-day leadership duties of your Best Buy home store or group of stores to provide excellent employee and customer experiences. You’ll assign resources based on customer traffic and business needs throughout your assigned store or stores in your designated micro-market (local surrounding stores). In addition, you’ll be responsible for driving employee development and performance management.
