Job summary

Best Buy in Albuquerque, NM offers a Retail Experience Manager in Training program designed to prepare you for a full Experience Manager role. The four to six month training covers company culture, customer focus, business processes, financial analysis and leadership skills.

Upon completion you’ll apply for an Experience Manager position, leading store teams, driving sales strategies, analyzing results and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military or related fields.
• 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.

Job description

As a Retail Experience Manager in Training, you’ll spend your time training and preparing for the role of Retail Experience Manager. This training is generally four to six months in length and covers all aspects of Best Buy management including company culture, customer focus, business process, financial analysis and reporting, and overall leadership skills. It’s your time to shine! Once training is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for an open Experience Manager role where you’ll deliver a world-class customer experience while playing a vital role in implementing sales strategies, analyzing business results.
