Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and hitting sales targets
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store upkeep
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet sales and operational goals while following policies and safety rules
