Finish Line in Round Rock, TX seeks an enthusiastic Associate to assist daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll influence store success and help growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include creating a welcoming shopping experience, driving sales, managing inventory, and supporting team goals while upholding health & safety standards. Flexible hours, weekend availability, and basic math/POS skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic math and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with policies and safety.
• Work collaboratively with team to achieve store goals; follow policies and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
