ZINTEX Remodeling Group is hiring an Experienced Retail Sales Representative to maintain the highest standards of customer service in Brookhaven, MS. The role involves engaging customers, presenting products, and driving lead generation within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Study and learn the ZINTEX Retail Training Manual.
• Pass initial training with a passing score of 90.
• Maintain a passing score of 90 on future script tests.
• Accurately record and track lead information in the CRM.
• Meet weekly or monthly demo/lead targets.
• Articulate products clearly and identify homeowner needs.
• Participate in group training, daily debriefs, and coaching sessions.
• Attend local team events when possible.
• Respect homeowners' privacy and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with retail standards.
• Stand for long hours at retail station.
• Greet customers and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
• Keep display area organized and monitor promotional materials.
• Represent the brand with professional appearance.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.

What You'll Do

Scripting and Process

• Study and learn the ZINTEX Retail Training Manual.
• Pass Initial Training by with a passing score of 90.
• Maintain a passing score of 90 on future script tests.

Lead Generation & Tracking

• Accurately record and track lead information in the company's CRM or specified system.
• Meet weekly or monthly demo/lead targets as set by the Retail and Events Regional Manager.

Communication Skills

• Articulate the company's products and services clearly.
• Identify homeowner needs and adapt messaging accordingly.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in group training, daily debriefs, and coaching sessions.
• Attend local team events - When possible

Compliance and Safety

• Respect homeowners' privacy, and follow company safety procedures.
• Always maintain professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct all marketing efforts in compliance with specific retail requirements and standards

Extended Standing

• Ability to stand in a retail environment for multiple hours at a time.

Customer Engagement

• Proactively approach and greet customers in a retail setting.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to draw attention to the booth/display.

Display Maintenance

• Keep the retail station or display area organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).

Brand Representation

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with company standards.

Retail Hours & Scheduling

• Ability to work flexible schedules, potentially including weekends and holidays, depending on store hours.
• Adhere to any specific retailer policies or guidelines where the booth is located.
