Job summary

NEXT Door & Window is seeking an energetic Retail & Event Brand Ambassador to engage Costco members, generate interest in products, and book in-home consultations. This is not traditional door-to-door sales; you will operate inside stores and at local events, with a guaranteed $19/hr and high earning potential through appointments and bonuses.

Top performers can earn $30-$40+ per hour with commissions, revenue sharing, and quarterly profit sharing for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation + valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule (including weekends).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Represent NEXT Door & Window inside Costco and other local events.
• Start conversations with Costco members, create interest in our products, and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Lead generation, event marketing, and sales strategy training.
