Job summary

You will build models in Excel, assess industry dynamics, and write research notes and sector pieces for internal and external clients. The role requires 2–3 years in equity research or investment banking and strong accounting and finance skills.

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses Series 86 and Series 87.
• 2–3 years of equity research or investment banking experience.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business communication skills with modelling and valuation experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate in a team, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Excel-based models to forecast company financials and industry dynamics.
• Perform detailed valuation work to support stock recommendations.
• Analyze complex data sets, earnings releases, filings, and events to form your view on coverage.
• Write research notes and sector reports and prepare presentations.
• Build relationships and communicate with clients, industry experts, and management teams.
• Fulfill client requests in a timely and thorough manner.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and generate ideas for differentiated research.
