Job description

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking motivated, fast-paced individuals for Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Donation Attendant Positions at our Saginaw store located at 4675 Bay Rd, Saginaw, MI 48604.

Compensation and Benefits

• $13.00 per hour
• Monthly Bonus Potential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, assisting with donations in a friendly, professional, and safe manner
• Handle customer/donor concerns professionally
• Accurately record all donors and donations on the Donation Tracking form and Bill of Lading
• Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining cleanliness in the backroom and sales floor
• Maintain the backroom layout and orderliness for efficiency
• Smile and engage positively with customers and donors

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, or stoop
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours
• Reliable transportation to report to work
• Ability to learn safe lifting techniques
• Familiarity with pallet jacks is a plus
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
