Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is hiring On-site Retail Dock Helpers in Winston-Salem, NC. The role is full-time with $17.00 per hour and requires the ability to move pallets and bins, operate a forklift, and maintain safety standards.

High school diploma preferred; warehouse/materiel handling experience and forklift certification are a plus. This is an on-site position with benefits and opportunities to cross-train as a Retail Outlet Associate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move pallets within facility and into and out of truck by forklift.
• Physically move bins and buggies into and off of truck or trailer.
• Transfer trash items to compactor.
• Frequently walks, bends, lifts and carries up to 50 lbs.
• Position will cross train as a Retail Outlet Associate.

Retail Dock Helpers The position requires the ability to maintain a clean and safe dock at all locations where services are provided. We seek team players who are committed to demonstrating excellence in their work and in their attendance and attitude.
