Job summary

BeMobile is seeking a District Leader who can inspire Store Leaders, sharpen performance, and drive growth across a multi-store market. This is a hands-on leadership role that rewards proactive coaching and strong customer experience.

You will connect with store teams, analyze district metrics, manage operations, recruiting, and talent development, while aligning with Verizon objectives and BeMobile’s standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• 3-5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations within wireless/telecom/electronics or related industry
• Ability to analyze district-level performance metrics and drive improvement
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and teams to achieve business goals

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: connect with Store Leaders, set goals, align district with BeMobile vision and Verizon objectives.
• Drive Results: monitor sales metrics, coach for improvement, ensure locations meet or exceed goals.
• Operational Excellence: oversee district operations, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance.
• Coach & Develop Leaders: mentor Store Leaders, provide feedback and recognition.
• Recruit & Retain Talent: partner with Store Leaders to recruit top performers and build strong teams.
• Be the Connector: ensure team understands and executes key company initiatives and fosters cross-department collaboration.
• Innovate & Integrate: promote collaboration and continuous improvement across the district.
• Hands-On Leadership: lead by example on the sales floor and in customer service.

Location & Travel Requirement:

This role requires the candidate to reside within the district’s geographic area. As a District Leader, regular travel between store locations is essential. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and meet all requirements outlined in BeMobile’s Vehicle Policy.

What we’re looking for

• 18 years of age or older
• 3-5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations within the wireless, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related industry.
• Ability to analyze district-level performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive improvement and growth.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and teams while driving performance and achieving business goals.

Even better if you have one or more of the following

• Experience with budget management, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
• Proven ability to conduct effective location visits, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support team development and business improvement.
• Comfortable leading district-wide meetings, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating effective one-on-one conversations.
• Leads with a hands-on approach, actively supporting store teams, removing obstacles, and driving results across the district.

• Lead & Inspire: Start your day by connecting with your Store Leaders, setting clear goals, and aligning the district with BeMobile’s vision and Verizon’s objectives. You’ll provide direction, tools, and accountability to ensure every store is equipped to win.
• Drive Results: Monitor sales metrics and performance across all stores. Celebrate wins, coach for improvement, and implement strategies to ensure every location not only meets but exceeds sales, service, and performance goals.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee district-wide operations with precision. From inventory management and cash handling to scheduling and compliance, you’ll make sure every store runs smoothly, consistently, and profitably—while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coach & Develop Leaders: Dedicate time to mentoring Store Leaders. Through coaching conversations, feedback, and recognition, you’ll help them grow, strengthen their teams, and retain top talent.
• Recruit & Retain Talent: Partner with your Store Leaders to recruit top performers, conduct interviews, and build strong, future-ready teams. Your focus on selecting, developing, and supporting the right people ensures low turnover and high engagement.
• Be the Connector: Act as the information hub for your district, ensuring your team understands and executes key company initiatives. You’ll foster alignment across all levels and departments, driving communication and collaboration.
• Innovate & Integrate: Lead with a forward-thinking mindset. You’ll encourage collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation, ensuring the district stays aligned with long-term company goals while adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
• Hands-On Leadership: Whether it’s stepping onto the sales floor, rolling up your sleeves to solve challenges, or modeling excellent customer service, you lead by example every day.
