Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to work independently across Houston-area stores. You will install fixtures, update displays, and follow client directives to ensure top-quality execution.

Travel up to 90 miles; schedule is Monday–Friday with flexible shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Hours depend on assignments, and there is no weekend requirement. Training is provided, and ongoing projects may be available.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from residence.
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule; hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; self-scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client merchandising directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs and digital displays; update OS on devices.
• Capture photos to document work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area while representing the client professionally.
