Job summary

Retail Odyssey, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an entry-level retail associate in Wisconsin. You will help shoppers and retailers by delivering friendly service and keeping shelves ready for the next customer.

Your duties include creating displays, rotating products, and monitoring stock to maximize sales for stores and suppliers. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for more hours and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• You love to interact with customers and management in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• You’re at least 18 years old.
• You can handle physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to and from your work location.
• You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• You are a motivated self-starter with a strong action-oriented mindset.
• You can work independently while also being a valuable team player.
• You prioritize safety while performing your duties in a retail setting.
