WK Kellogg Co. in Elgin, IL is hiring a Full-Time Retail Display Merchandiser to manage Woodsman account merchandising, build and maintain displays, and report to the Area Sales Manager and Retail Sales Lead in the local territory.

The role requires high school education, the ability to stand long hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and to drive a personal vehicle within a 20-mile radius for store visits. Base pay is hourly with benefits and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand 8–10 hours; stoop, kneel, bend, push and pull.
• Residence within 20 miles of territory center with mileage reimbursement.
• Lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools.
• Must be able to visit assigned stores during shift.

• Must be able to use a personal vehicle.
• Two or fewer moving violations in 36 months.

Join the WK Kellogg team as a Full-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Elgin, Illinois territory. In this role, you will be responsible for our Woodsman account merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining our displays. You will be reporting to our Area Sales Manager, with direct reporting to our Retail Sales Lead in your specific geographic territory.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building Our Brands – Calling on assigned store(s) to deliver superior in-store merchandising service to ensure proper rotation, placement and facing of our products to catch our customers’ attention.
• Establishing Relationships – Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
• Can Do Attitude – Build our displays with excellence requires physical activity and some occasional heavy lifting. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day. Stoops, kneel, bend, push and pull.
• The ideal candidate will reside within 20 miles of the center of this territory, with mileage reimbursement for miles driven between stores and phone stipend for apps used during working hours.
• Ability to lift to 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above your shoulders repeatedly.
• Ability to visit assigned store(s) during shift.
• Accessibility apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicating with Retail Sales Leads.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle.
• Two or less moving violations within the last 36 months.

Salary Range: $18.42 - $23.03 per hour

Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
