2020 Companies is seeking reliable retail installation and merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent major brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

Position involves installing fixtures, performing resets, and service on various display devices with a flexible schedule. Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, background check, and MVR/drug screening are required. Training and field opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from residence to complete assignments.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms, schematics, and client merchandising directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment.
• Update operating systems and software on display devices.
• Install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues to ensure equipment works properly.
• Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while representing the client professionally.
• Respond promptly to field services management and keep availability accurate.
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end.

Overview:

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

Position Details

• Pay: $16.50
• per hour
• Travel Area: Must be willing to travel up to 90 miles from your residence to complete assignments
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Flexible schedule with assignments scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  Please note: Hours are based on available assignments and are not guaranteed
• Scheduling: Opportunities include flexible self-scheduling options as well as scheduled shifts based on client and project needs
• Screening Requirements: This position requires a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. Candidates must successfully complete a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening in accordance with applicable state laws

A Day in the Life

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs
• Follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and client‑specific merchandising directives with accuracy
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment
• Update operating systems and software on display devices
• Install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while representing the client professionally

Requirements

• Comfortable using hand tools and technology
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle
• Ability and willingness to climb ladders up to 10 feet
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs
• Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from your residence in any direction to complete service assignments
• Must provide and use the following tools: Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB‑A / C adapter)
• Smartphone with a current operating system and active data plan. Must be comfortable downloading mobile apps, following digital work instructions, and uploading photos to document completed assignments
