Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to represent top brands and work independently across various retail venues within 90 miles of home. You’ll manage flexible schedules, meet deadlines, and use mobile apps to review, schedule, and complete assignments.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable with driving, and able to travel up to 90 miles.

Qualifications

• A reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home to complete assignments.
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Background check, MVR, and drug screening required.
• Ability to follow client merchandising directives and planograms.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures and displays.
• Complete retail resets, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client directives with accuracy.
• Capture photos and document completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area while representing the client professionally.
