Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service West Covina, CA and surrounding areas. You will install and maintain electronics displays, ensuring correct placement and brand representation across stores.

Scheduling offers up to 20+ hours per week, Monday-Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm, with paid training, travel reimbursement, and a W2 employment setup. A driver’s license and vehicle are required, and you may lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for store-to-store travel.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and work independently in a field role.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent brands.
• Set up and maintain displays, ensuring proper placement and signage as per diagrams.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos after each visit.
• Travel to stores in CA West Covina and surrounding areas as needed.

• **Store Visits: ** Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment ; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!

• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**

• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**

• Scheduling: ** Up to20+ hours per week**, availability required Monday-Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings**

• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.**

• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable**

• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory

• **Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams

• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed

• **Tech-ready:Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus

• Travel Ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.**

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance**
