Job summary

ActionLink in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to visit stores in and around Vineland, ensuring proper product placement and displays.

The role includes executing merchandising tasks, setting up a wide range of electronics and appliances, and reporting feedback with photos to maintain brand standards. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred for store visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or related retail work is highly desirable.
• Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising within an assigned territory.
• Attention to detail—follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and ability to work with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready with Internet access, a handheld device, and GPS/Wi‑Fi capability.

Responsibilities

• Store visits to set up and maintain product displays across assigned stores.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Represent major clients and brands at retailers (Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel).
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos and feedback for each visit.

• Store Visits:Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:Up to25hoursper week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Travel Ability:Must have driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Physical Ability:Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
