ActionLink is seeking a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser for Brookfield, WI and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to position and maintain product displays, ensuring correct placement and functionality of promo materials.

The role involves driving to multiple locations, reporting feedback with photos, and coordinating with major brands. The position offers up to 20 hours weekly with weekday daytime shifts, paid weekly W2 payroll, and opportunities for more hours on larger regions or travels.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail is highly desirable.
• Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising work within an assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and with a small team when needed.
• Tech readiness: internet access, basic handheld tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled device.

Responsibilities

• Store visits to major retail locations within territory to set up and maintain products.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Represent clients like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Schedule: up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm (no weekends/evenings).
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit.

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment ; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling: Up to 20 hours per week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting: Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus
• Travel Ability: Must have driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
