Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a part-time Retail Display Installer for Muskegon, MI. You will visit major retail stores to install and maintain electronics displays, ensuring proper placement and troubleshooting as needed.

The role requires 15–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with no evenings. Compensation starts at $18/hour plus opportunities for higher pay on specialized projects; W2 employment with benefits and travel reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Must have a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Tech-ready with internet access and a smart device.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores quarterly to install and maintain client product displays.
• Ensure proper placement and maintenance of promotional displays across the territory.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos and feedback for each visit.

Enhance the Retail Experience, One Display at a Time!

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients' brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products -you'd be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!

• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays

• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel

• Scheduling: Up to 15-25 hours per week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings

• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.

• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed

• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus

• Travel Ability: Must have driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
