ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Monroe, MI to enhance the electronics retail experience. You will visit stores, assemble and maintain displays, and report findings with photos. Training is provided and PTO accrues weekly for hours worked.

Applicants should have prior merchandising or retail experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role offers a flexible schedule within 8am–5pm on weekdays and travel opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is highly desirable.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to complete projects in assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each visit.
• Schedule: up to 5-15+ hours per week, 8am-5pm Mon/Wed; additional hours possible; no weekends.
• Travel may be required for larger regions or travel opportunities.
• W2 employment with bi-weekly pay and direct deposit

• **Store Visits: **Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory

• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays

• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel

• **Scheduling: **Up to 5-15+ hours per week, availability required work between 8am - 5pm Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, additional hours/team projects may be available during busy times Thursday/Friday. No weekends/evenings

• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.

• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
