ActionLink in Lynnwood, WA is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to visit major stores in the Lynnwood area and surrounding communities. You will set up and maintain product displays across electronics, appliances, tablets, laptops, gaming, and home audio.

Primary duties include proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays, submitting same-day digital surveys with photos, and occasional travel to Everett/Seattle/Bellevue.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Morning availability preferred; two full weekdays must be available.
• Must be comfortable driving and planning longer drives between locations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand during shifts.
• Internet access and basic tools; laptop/desktop access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Store visits across assigned territory to set up and maintain products.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos for each store visit.
• Report to manage scheduling; up to 10-20 visits per week, Mon-Thu 8am-4pm; no weekends.

• Store Visits:Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:Up to 10-20per week, availability required Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm. No weekends/evenings.
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
• Requirements:Covering the greater Lynnwood area. Morning availability is highly preferred and a minimum of two full weekdays of availability is required. Assistance will be needed at times in Everett/Seattle/Bellevue. Must be comfortable driving in heavy traffic and able to plan on longer drive times between locations.

• Experience:Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility:Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail:Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork:Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus
• Travel Ability:Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Physical Ability:Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
