ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service Lawton, OK and surrounding areas. You will visit major retailers to set up and maintain product displays, ensure correct placement, and troubleshoot displays for leading brands. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read planograms are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must have one full weekday availability Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores to set up and maintain product displays.
• Represent global clients and ensure proper placement of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos after each visit.
• Travel within Lawton OK area; drive and mileage support.
• Work part-time up to 20 hours weekly, weekdays only.

Enhance the Retail Experience, One Display at a Time!

• Store Visits:Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:Up to 20 hours a week. Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. No weekends.
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Experience:Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility:Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory

• Independence and Teamwork:Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready:Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus
• Travel Ability:Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of their role
• Physical Ability:Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Requirements: Must have one full weekday availability Monday-Friday to complete team projects. Team projects are a requirement for the position. Flexible and a team player with a strong sense of urgency to complete projects. Detail-oriented with the ability to read planograms accurately. Experienced in 3PL (third-party logistics) environments.
