Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Kahului, HI 96732 and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to place and maintain promotional displays, ensuring accurate setup and repairs as needed.

Shifts run Monday–Friday, up to 25 hours per week, 8:00am–5:00pm, with no weekends. Compensation is $23.00 per hour, with potential higher rates for special projects, and a W2 employment arrangement with bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or retail is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow complex diagrams and written instructions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within the assigned Kahului territory to place and maintain displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, and troubleshooting of promos.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos after each visit.
• Report back on issues and update materials as needed.

• Experience:Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility:Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail:Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork:Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech‑ready:Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus
• Travel Ability:Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Physical Ability:Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
