Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Bridgewater, NJ to visit major retail stores within an assigned territory and ensure proper placement of promotional displays. You will complete store visits Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, up to 25 hours per week, with potential for more hours as needed.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with bi-weekly pay on a W2 basis, plus benefits like a 401(k) plan with company match, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete store visits within an assigned territory to place and maintain displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
