ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Display Installer for Bluefield, VA and surrounding area. The role involves visiting stores to install and maintain promotional displays for major clients, with weekday hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, up to 15 hours per week.

There is potential for more hours with larger regions or travel. The position offers paid training, travel reimbursement, and a W2 employment setup with weekly pay and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or retail is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising within territory.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow display diagrams.
• Independent work style with ability to collaborate when needed.
• Tech readiness: internet, basic tools, Wi‑Fi/GPS device; laptop a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for field work.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within assigned territory to install displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Represent clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel.
• Schedule up to 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm.
• Submit same-day surveys with photos for each visit.
• Potential for more hours for larger regions or travel.

• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays

• Scheduling: up to 15 hours per week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings.
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Experience:Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility:Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail:Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork:Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready:Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus
