Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Display Installer in Bellevue, WA. You will visit major retail stores, set up and maintain product displays, and report findings with photos after each visit. The role is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with no weekends.

Compensation ranges from $24.00 per hour, with potential for higher rates on specialized projects. A paid training time, 401(k) with company match, and travel reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL or retail is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple types of merchandising tasks within a territory.
• Follow complex instructions and diagrams with accuracy.
• Work independently and with a small team when needed.
• Must have internet and GPS-enabled device and basic handheld tools.
• Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within an assigned territory to set up and maintain product displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos after each visit.
• Travel to store locations and cover hours within the territory as scheduled.

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment;small and large home appliances;tablets & laptops;gaming consoles;home audio;and more!
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:Up to 20hoursper week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 4:00pm. No weekends/evenings
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Experience:Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility:Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail:Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork:Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready:Internet access, Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools.
• Travel Ability:Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Physical Ability:Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
