Ace Retail Group is seeking a Department Specialist to help maintain in-stock levels and ensure clean, organized merchandise presentation in our Springfield store. You will proactively assist customers, greet shoppers, and apply product knowledge to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, inventory control, accurate receiving and stocking, executing price changes, and supporting store operations.

Formación

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Floor sales and/or replenishment experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs) and climbing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive customer assistance and greet customers.
• Maintain in-stock levels and inventory accuracy in assigned department.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandise presented; participate in merchandising resets.
• Assist with price changes and cycle counts.
• Operate forklift with proper training and safety.
