Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. is seeking a full-time Department Manager to lead a single department in our store. The role involves ordering, stocking, and ensuring attractive merchandise presentation, plus back-up cashier duties as needed.

You will need to be mature, self-motivated, and capable of working two evenings weekly and alternating Saturdays in a fast-paced environment. Standard shifts align with store hours and include standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be mature and self-motivated.
• Ability to work 2 evenings a week and every other Saturday.
• Must set, fill, and maintain merchandise planograms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand 8 hours, excluding breaks.
