Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring Field Representatives to collect retail data, merchandise and resets across market areas and, when needed, throughout the United States. You will use a company app to record product information, capture prices and promotions, and interact with store staff and customers as required by clients.

Applicants should be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, own a smartphone, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezer cases.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on client’s behalf.

Responsibilities

• Work on market-area projects assigned by the company.
• Complete projects nationwide as needed, independently or in groups.
• Use the company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed project files to the corporate office.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers per client needs.
• Perform planogram and shelf resets at various locations.
