Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is expanding its team to support grocery stores nationwide using smartphone technology to capture data and improve shopping experiences. This entry-level role welcomes applicants without prior experience and provides training to help you succeed.

As a team member, you will interact with customers and management, lift up to 10 lbs, and record shifts on a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
