Job summary

SAS Retail Services in McMinnville, OR is seeking a store associate to engage customers and support store leadership. You will use smartphone tools to capture data for clients and help maintain quality service across shifts.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and a supportive team. Must be 18+, able to lift 10 lbs, have reliable transport, and adapt quickly to new apps on devices used in-store.

Qualifications

• Capable of interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and perform physical tasks in a retail setting.
• 18 years or older and able to commute to McMinnville, OR locations.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet and recording work after shifts.

• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.

• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are comfortable with smartphone technology and applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
