Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalency: work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in corporate retail with store operations, LP/AP, or planning experience.
• Hybrid schedule with minimum 3 in-office days at Bentonville, AR / Lincolnshire IL / Chicago, IL / Holtsville, NY / Miramar, FL.
• Preferred: Experience in EBR (Exception Based Reporting).
• Ability to analyze large and complex data sets and produce outputs.
• Excel—from intermediate to advanced skills.
• PowerPoint—from intermediate to advanced skills.
• Ability to present in front of executive leadership.
