Job summary

Dollar Tree in Hendersonville, Tennessee, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, process transactions and keep the store inviting. You will handle questions, stock shelves, and assist with unloading merchandise while maintaining a friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hospitality or grocery preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and be capable of frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
