Position Details

Store - S.ANT-INGRAM, TX

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast checkout experience. Complete truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintain store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities

1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions
2. Execute cash handling and provide quick checkout
3. Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
4. Educate customers on VOC surveys
5. Support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram tasks
7. Maintain merchandise recovery and store cleanliness
8. Optimize store stock and execute AD set duties
9. Support shrink and safety initiatives
10. Follow SOPs and company policies for compliance
11. Interact respectfully with team members and customers, promote company values
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production

Qualifications and Skills

Preferred knowledge in retail/customer service. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks
• Work involves bending, reaching, and outdoor activities, including some night and weekend shifts

Must meet federal, state, and local legal requirements. Minimum age of 16 years.
