Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Cleveland, TN. You will greet customers, operate the register, suggest add-on items, and may work with food programs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will be part of a fast-paced store team, focused on friendly service, product knowledge, and helping customers find what they need while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with our food program.
• Move around the store (inside and out) to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily, while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store.
