Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Hazleton, PA team and provide a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store well-stocked and clean.

This role requires strong customer service, reliable communication, and the ability to lift items as needed. Part-time hours are available, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
