Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Senatobia, MS is seeking a friendly, part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, help stock and replenish merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and support teammates while upholding safety and respectful interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or service industries strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform varied movement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store security and protect assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and merchandise recovered.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and restocking.
