Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers, ring up sales, and keep the store stocked and welcoming. You will assist customers with inquiries and recommendations while maintaining a positive, friendly environment on the sales floor.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform stocking and cleaning tasks. Part-time position in Winchester, VA with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with customers and colleagues
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors
• Other duties as assigned
