Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Spring Hill, TN store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and ensure the store stays stocked and clean.

You’ll also help unload merchandise and support stock replenishment while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for shoppers and team members. Responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, and answering questions to guide customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle physical tasks regularly.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
