Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking staff for customer experience roles in our store. You will engage customers, assist with products and services, and provide a welcoming checkout experience.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and adherence to store standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Eligibility includes fluency in English and availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior Walgreens experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and processes payments, returns and exchanges as needed.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service and assists customers with products and services.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, checks in and prices merchandise, and maintains records.
• Assists with stock rotation and proper product placement, including food items where applicable.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up orders as they arrive.
• Performs store maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, neat store condition and appearance.
• Follows company asset protection procedures and complies with all policies and procedures.
