Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to established operating procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain and follow merchandising philosophy and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts throughout the day
• Maintain safety standards and participate in safety initiatives
• Support store shrink reduction programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule availability to support business needs
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors
• Retail experience preferred
