Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment background check per laws and standards.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Provide prompt and accurate assistance with purchases and inquiries.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves to keep products available.
• Rotate inventory and monitor freshness and expiration dates.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying invoices.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and work areas.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards or injuries.
