• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; performs inventory checks.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and ensures store appearance.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
